These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern every transport contract and use of the digital platform provided by Nordica Logistics S.L. By requesting a quote or accessing the tracking platform, you accept these Terms.
1. Services
Nordica provides international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and real-time shipment visibility across Europe. All transport contracts are governed by the CMR Convention (road), the Hague-Visby Rules (sea) and applicable EU regulations.
2. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise. An order becomes binding upon written confirmation by Nordica and delivery of accurate cargo information by the customer.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT. Invoices are due within 30 days net. Late payments incur statutory interest pursuant to Spanish Law 3/2004.
4. Customer obligations
The customer warrants that all shipment information (description, weight, dimensions, dangerous-goods classification) is accurate, and that goods are properly packaged for international transport.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amounts set by the applicable international convention (8.33 SDR per kilogram under CMR). Additional coverage is available through optional “all-risks” cargo insurance.
6. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance caused by force-majeure events, including strikes, port closures, customs embargoes, severe weather or geopolitical disruption.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algeciras, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
